Lenco offers a wide array of laboratory testing services to healthcare professionals, individuals, and government agencies. Most of the laboratory testing services we provide are utilized by physicians and healthcare professionals. These laboratory testing services may be covered by insurance. We will file claims with the patient’s insurance (see our Insurance Information).

Patients may make a payment using one of the following methods:
Scheduling an appointment may be accomplished by accessing the Schedule an Appointment section. Make sure to write the PSC location/ time/date/confirmation number down for your patient, as he/she will need this information for cancellations/changes.
Appointments are not required but may help reduce your patient's wait time. Our locations are generally busiest from opening until 10:00 AM. If withholding food and/or beverages prior to the test is not required, you may wish to schedule an appointment during off-peak hours.
Copies of licensure/accreditation information are posted here. If the licensure/accreditation documentation is not available on the webpage, please send a request to email@example.com to obtain copies.
Lenco Lab’s clients have immediate access to Laboratory Updates in our Provider Education section reflecting changes that have occurred or are scheduled to occur, in the Test Menu database. Clients can view our Test Menu for information regarding tests, including, (but not limited to): Test Number, CPT code, Testing Method, Container, Specimen Requirements, Analytical Time, Collection Instructions, and Performing Site.

If you have a LencoLink login/password, you may access result reports online. If you require a result to be faxed or emailed, please contact Client Services at 718-232-1515, Ext 9.
You may obtain specimen collection information from our online Test Menu by searching for the desired test. Click on the desired test, and all information about specimen collection will be displayed. This information is also available in our online Orders and Results Portal, LencoLink, for registered users. For more information about LencoLink, or to register, click here.
